Do you need more engine noise but don't want to remove your entire exhaust each time? Just add a cheap exhaust cutout!! We build this from a 2000ish manual cable operated throttle body for our Crown Vic based Death Kart - the #NarxKart!! We found this throttle body in our scrap pile from another project and adapted it to fit! We drilled a hole in the floor and ran our opener rod right in!! This worked great for more than 3000 miles and even handled the abuse of Rocky Mountain Race Week 2020 2.0!!

thanks for idea. i will weld it between the pipe at the end of pipe aand using manually twist it by hand 😂. this is awesome idea. men.

sometimes it will sick closed if we do not use it often. Other than that, it has been great!!

Very nice! How is the valve working if the exhaust is on temperature? I guess that the throttle valve is made from aluminium?

It lived for a long time but eventually got too hot at a cruise night and hung open. We drove it like that for a few months. And then we put a turbo on the car, lol
