This is a variation on the fantail boat. It is set that far back so that it can engage just enough water while lifting the hull up on plane. Check out the Arneson marine surface drive. It engages with the water in a similar way. Instead of moving the whole apparatus to maneuver, this boat uses a simple rudder installed at the end. I think he did build a drive on a past boat that did move in almost the same way as an Arneson drive does.

Called a surface drive. Allows for higher rpm's because only 1/2 of the prop is in the water and less load on the engine. Race boats use the principle. Google it

Если он сделает тоннель в днище, то отгрузка лодки будет больше и на глиссирование корпус уже не выйдет, канал будет этому препятствовать.

Mình có thắc mắc là sao k đâm thẳng bánh lái xuống ngay vị trí qua lăng mà phải làm phía sau cho rườm rà. hay làm vậy có ảnh hưởng gì đến khả năng vận hành của thuyền. vì mình định làm 1 cái thật đơn giản

Bánh lái sau chân vịt giúp thuyền linh hoạt hơn khi chạy chậm và không cần làm bánh lái quá to, còn đặt giữa như bạn nói thì bánh lái phải to hơn bình thường mới chạy được không gian hẹp, bạn cứ làm thử 2 loại và đánh giá

Like always, you did good work. The hull rides nice and high. It probably stays dry in choppy water. Because of your skills and what you have done in past projects, I feel this boat is only halfway done. Did you build it this way for a customer, or did you build it for views? If this is what your customer wanted, then it's finished. If you did it for views, I know that you could have made something so much more impressive. I'm saying this because I want to see you get more views and be more successful. I know you can make amazing boats. Take that same hull design, add a floor, fill the gunnels and floor with expaning foam, build an engine compartment and install an engine that you rebuilt, then finish it off with a center console that has a t top. That would really get you a lot of views. You could build that hydrofoil that I'm always asking for. Whatever you choose to do I will always be a loyal subscriber. I can't wait to see what you make next. 👍

@@Nasatchannel That hull had a good basic design. You could use it to make a reusable mould. Then you wouldn't have to spend so much time lofting each hull. If you want to do this for more than just views you need to have develop a design that people will buy. Then you can export it all over the world. In the current market you will make a lot more money from views than you will from sales. Whatever you choose there are lots of us to support your channel.
