NASCAR, like any competitive sport, has had its fair share of moments that could be considered as bad sportsmanship. These incidents often involve aggressive driving, verbal altercations, intentional crashes, or actions that go against the expected code of conduct in the sport.
One of the notable incidents in recent years involved drivers intentionally wrecking each other on the track in retaliation for previous incidents or disagreements. This behavior, while not endorsed by the sport, has occurred and has led to penalties and fines for those involved.
Additionally, heated arguments between drivers and confrontations post-race have also drawn attention. These incidents, while not representative of the sport as a whole, have contributed to discussions about sportsmanship and proper conduct in NASCAR.
NASCAR officials and governing bodies continually work to maintain sportsmanship and fair play through rules, penalties, and regulations to ensure that the competition remains respectful and safe for all participants.
It's important to note that while these instances may occur, they don't define the sport entirely, as NASCAR also showcases numerous examples of good sportsmanship, camaraderie among drivers, and a commitment to fair racing.

I've felt that Kurt Busch needed to go to anger managment class in the early 2010's.

If drivers have a beef with each other they can't talk out I'd much rather them settle it in the pits with fists then on the track with the cars. That way they are only hurting themselves. you tear up the car thats screwing over the pit crews, the guys back in the garage and might wreck someone else who had nothing to do with this.

Actually, Kyle pushed Harvick's car out of the way. It didn't just take off. It had help, and Nascar should've parked Kyle for it, considering people were on pit road. Thankfully, nobody was in the area where the car hit the wall.
