For the second time, NASCAR will take on the streets of Chicago. After torrential rain and storms wiped out a lot of the festivities, will year two be able to capture the imagination of race fans and Chicago residents curious about all the fuss?
Bob Pockrass says a lot could be riding on this year's event. With NASCAR initially wanting a three-year deal in Chicago, it's critical that this year's race be a success or we could see the event simply be something of the past.
