NASCAR Toyota Tundra Trucks Ripping Up Goodwood Hillclimb!!

6 жыл бұрынThis video is about three Toyota Tundra NASCAR Trucks I recorded during the 2017 Goodwood Festival of Speed. This pickups are powered by 6.0L N/A engines that are able to produce 650-700hp when unrestricted (450bhp restricted) and reach top speeds around 290 km/h (180 mph).
During the event the 3 Gunslinger's cars were driven by Mike Skinner, WWE Champion Bill Goldberg and Andrew Franzone.

I've been a fan of all things 'NASCAR' for decades (I'm British) and I wish people would get off NASCARs back and actually watch the racing, or even better, get over there and experience the spectacle for real. Trust me, it's fantastic: The sights, the sounds, the smells... Brilliant. The sooner folk do that, and pay proper attention to the sport, the sooner they'll get over the notion that all they do is "go round and round." I relish my two trips a year to the U.S. But roll on next years Spring race at Talledega, it's my treat to myself for my 50th.

@@Hazztech The joke wasn't very funny after a while. All he'd do was spout American stereotypical shit and didn't really bring much to the show. They dropped the joke after season 1.

@@V8_Diva Blame the script writer, not the driver. Honestly, if they had just left it at him being "Mike Skinner, Nascar Truck Series Champion", he'd still be posting fast laps. Abbie's talented, for sure, but look at Skinner pilot a 1.7 ton brick up a skinny road. That's insane.

I'd wager that a group of 40 NASCAR Stock Cars inches away from eachother screaming past you at 209mph is probably louder than a single top fuel. I could be wrong tho

It should sound good it's based on a Ford, Chevy, Dodge engine. Toyota does not make push rod V-8 engines.

@@THESLlCK doesn’t Toyota run a TRD built pushrod made specifically for nascar, I know the cup cars run them just not sure about the trucks

@@CP0rings33 yes and that is what is normally in these trucks, but this one is swapped for whatever reason. I’m not sure why, maybe the original motor blew, but it would still be cheaper to just drop in a running race motor

Hey Bozzy. Great coverage of these beasts, bro!👏 I'm not a NASCAR fan, but those trucks are something special! 💪😲 It surprised me how quick they were at Goodwood. Raw power and handing to match. I watched some of the livestream and while I can't recall the times the Tundra posted, I remember it being in the top of the pack. Thanks again, mate! Awesome video!🙌

Yeah exhaust. Headers may be different but most likely it’s running in X-pipe instead of an H-pipe.
