with all due respect to him, the unnecessary aggression in his voice (especially at the end of the second one), made me cringe. If you have heard Faiz sahab read this own nazms, you'll understand what I am saying. He is a great actor though.

Please note that it is widely known that Faiz sb himself was a great poet but a bad narrator of his own poetry. He asked Zia Mohiuddin to record his poetry because of that too
