tablespoons vinegar-based hot sauce (such as Tabasco or Texas Pete)

cups all-purpose flour
Vegetable oil (for frying; about 10 cups)

teaspoon chili powder

teaspoon garlic powder

White bread and sliced pickles (for serving)
