any raised interest in the old hickory village area? curious cause it's so unique to nashville. like a time capsule where developers cant destroy and rebuild like everywhere else.

Great question. Yes, for sure lots of interest in close into town older areas with larger lots and affordable prices.

I lived in robertson county for 7 years. Too expensive to live in or around Nashville.

The entire middle Tennessee area has really grown in price. IS it any different around any top tier city throughout the country, though? I hear that natices everywhere are feeling as if their city has become outpriced for them. It is tough , I understand and agree.
