Here's a good one... Luke 14:26. It's the one that says if you're not a hateful SOB, then you can't be a disciple of Jesus. I was also always fond of Ezekial 25:17, although Samuel L Jackson quoted it best.

1 year during ice, the vehicle traffic had destroyed the ice at the ramp, and we had to wade through knee-deep water to get onto 22" of good ice. It was unnerving, to say the least. But we caught over 100 fish between 2 people, so it was worth it in the end. Awesome day, great memories!

First of all, i love musky and pike fishing and those baits would help out on my journey, but my craziest story was when i was fishing on a river and the dam was open so the current was strong and i set up my boat against a log out of the water and i tried to move away but the current hit me against the tree and i fell in 😂, and that is also the best fishery i know, god is great!

The craziest I've ever fished is a outlet for a powerplant. The plant cools its turbines with this lakewater and then pumps it out hot down a channel. The channel cat and some largies liked to hang in there because the water was consistently warm all year round. I enjoy the casts where nothing happens Its meditative, and is very peaceful to watch. Also helps me to recognize how you are angling structure that I can use as context when I fish.

Hey there Nathan, when you were talking about Dogfish I was thinking I’ve never seen one of those. But when you said they were bowfin I knew what you were talking about. We call them mud fish down here in Florida. But they are a lot of fun to catch. One of the coolest places I’ve fished is a small creek, and it was like fishing in a tunnel. Because the big trees, total shade and lots of owls. I was using a beetle spin and was catching fish almost every cast. Big redbreast, bluegill, crappie, warmouth and bass it was the best day of fishing ever. I’ve been fishing there several other times, but never like that one day!!! Much love from Northeast Florida.

@@NASPELTZ There were so many owls, I probably traveled around a mile on the creek and saw 12-15 owls. They weren’t scared of me, they would just watch me. I would throw them a fish on the bank and they were on it in a second. They would sit on the branches over the creek and watch me by turning their heads almost all the way around. It was absolutely amazing. You could only fish the creek out of a boat. I tell people about that fishing trip and they think it’s a fish tale. But it was real and the most amazing and beautiful place. I have a question about the glide bait that I won. Do I need to change the hooks on it or do you think they are fine? God bless you brother. 👊🏼

Bro your rod collection looks exactly like my saltwater inshore collection. Once you fish a legend tournament from st croix you aren’t going to want to fish anything else. Cool vid bro, tight lines from Deep South Texas!

Craziest fishery for me has always been flowages, above and below the dams. Wisco

I haven’t been to many crazy fishing spots yet. The craziest one I’ve been to tho has to be trout fishing under a bridge with current going into a big pool. Tons of big fish.

i always loved fishing below a dam in KY that dumps into the mighty Mississippi.... great for Striper, Hybrids, and even Paddlefish. though now i fish below a small spillway here in PA. for Musky (just caught my first one 3 days ago).
