It does have a clutch, you just don't have to use it to shift gears just to stop and start, it uses the bikes rear gears and D railer. I'll put a video out about how it all works i am injured right now so it could be a little while before I can make it. My new big engine build got me on the first ride.

That's the steepest hill locally around its not at all the biggest but on the grade or angle it is no joke...my dad's 4 stroke motorized bicycle "40 tooth" doesn't make it up it you have to go the other way or walk it up lol. That was just a short clip I had one day with no snow or salt on the road. My next build I'm going to try an make a top speed run and so this massive hill climb.

It's a new sleeve. I found one for a vintage 4 stroke engine and had to cut it down and do all the ports myself before I sent it out to get machined. The motor on the bike is still the 52mm for now which makes great power once you spend a ton of time on it. There ruff out of the box. Yea well see how reliable the case reed is... it sure does help bring the power in at high rpm with my pipe and port job.

There's a couple guys that have videos out about the case reeds build break fix channels one. I'm probably do a video on how I'm making a 100cc case reed with all the modifications i had to do. The new "110cc" engine platform its really a 79cc when you get it 52 by 38, it has the space to do the case reed conversion pretty easy. It did make a big difference on the higher rpm it has much more punch. I'm traveling to Florida and back alot lately for work as soon as I can put out content on the car I will it winter here.

Durability is our 26th concern (right in front of safety). Though I don't think any of these have been ridden long enough to wear out the transmission.

It has a sick bike parts shift kit it uses there higher quality parts that you can upgrade too. Unfortunately, they closed their business at the end of 2022. I'm trying to do a breakdown of the setup in a future video for those who would like to know and might be able to piece a similar setup together.

I bought mine it came with a jack shaft kit that run is power through the derailleur. I seen a few videos recommending against it I was going to just get the regular sprocket but now I see this I'm just going to order a new derailleur for the one that's broken

I love my v3 phantom! Did u end up buying one? I have over 5000 miles on it and some light mods including a big port grind and match and polish and it goes almost 48 mph on flat ground with my 245 lb self on it.

Here people have utility or I would like to say economy 4-stroke motorcycles with the engine displacement of 70 CC to 150 CC with Top speed ranging from 100 KM-140KM or 63 MPH - 86 MPH. They are extremely reliable and the parts are really cheap if something breaks down. Some of them have a sporty touch from factory. People upgrade it aesthetically and use it for street racing and wreckless riding. So I decided to get an air cooled 4-Stroke 100 CC Honda Pridor by Honda. It comes with a 4-Speed Transmission. Makes 7.5 Horsepower. Top speed is over 63 Mph. It sounds good with an aftermarket exhaust. I use it for racing with others and for mountaneous roads and I love it. I used to love small engines and 2-stroke engines but now as I have owned this motorcycle, I now love big engine motorcycles or litre bikes. I want a litre bike like the Bmw S1000 RR or M1000 RR. They are stupid fast, they are a beast on the track, they sound and look awesome. It has everything you can ask for. Also the bike which I bought costed me a little bit over 750 US dollars. So my love for motorized bicycles and small engines have gone. Now I love big engine fast motorcycles. Is your phantom 85 still running strong?

Shwinn skylinner with metal chromoly frame not the aluminum version. Plenty of room. You will need to upgrade stuff but the frame is a great start....that's my next purchase a skylinner plus I like the look and how comfortable it will be. I go on 40+ mile rides often not just out racing around.

Build your own mountain bike. Lol jokes aside you can put together something better than a mtb and you can change ratios as you please

Can you reword your question? Both the "petal bike chain and the right side drive chain have guards on one side of the chain to keep them from coming off. That said there's alot of time put into setup and making sure to get all the chain alignment just right. Once you do get it true and have a decent chain Tensioner for the both drive chain's left and right, it's very reliable. I have only had to right side drive chain come off once. And it was after 2 or 3 thousand miles without any adjustment. I can move the engine up and down slightly to keep slack out of the right side drive chain.

52mm x 40mm for now.. from the "110cc" kit [which is really like 79cc] it shows up 52mm by 38mm. Which i split the crank and added the rod to a true 40mm crankshaft kit so it's 85cc it makes some power for what it is....but they needs tones of fixing to make them run well with a good pipe. I have a 56mm top end I custom made for it...it will be a true 100cc should be a blast. I will put out alot more info on that upcoming build.

Good and bad....the engine is finished I did every single last trick I know to make it the best it can be. Well on my first test ride, it was pulling the front tire in 3rd and 4th gear. Stopped made a adjustment to the carburetor was running lean, went to go and it did a massive power wheelie bucking me off and sending me to the hospital with a highly damaged left knee. Two major tears and two fractures plus a bone bruise. I didn't get any of the crash recorded. The engine was twice as powerful as I thought I would be and I payed for it. I'm starting to get the build organized to make a video. It's sucks but it's not the motors fault.

Did you have to custom build the 100cc(98.5cc) or is there a kit

@@wbracing1027 Whoa sorry major brah. Thinking these built motors require a bike built to match - at the very least a much heavier fat bike with upscale components.

My first engine in the video is 52mm x 40 mm. The one I just built is 56mm by 40mm video not out yet, you do realize there's engines that come truly 80cc now. There 52mm by 38mm you can purchase them on Amazon or eBay. I just over sleeved one and put a 56mm piston in it plus split the crank and put the rod on a 40mm crank. I'm not using the 66/80 platform that people are used too. I have like 5 of those old engines there 47mm by 40mm or 47mm by 38mm depending on what you purchase

It was a YD 100 hybrid case creed I built from scratch with a big bore Zuma jog cylinder the power bands were no joke. Front wheel lifts up with no problem whatsoever. All I need it was a shift kit and it would’ve been a Willy monster. It’s funny how E bikes are banned completely where I’m from but you need to register a two stroke bicycle engine that got me confused.

It's Chinese 110cc. 52mm bore x 40mm stroke. It's a true 84.95 cc. I own the same engine.
