Lemme school about SA a little. We got our freedom in 1994 before that as black we were under oppression. We have 11 official languages & English is the major. JOHANNESBURG is like the Hollywood of SA where the entertainment industry resides. Pretoria is the Capital City & Cape Town is the tourist attraction city. You guys have states & this side we have provinces (9 of them). We have projects & burbs as well. Depending where you studied & grew up that's why it's hard to distinguish an accent.
