I typically use a concealer (like Tarte shape tape) and I set that with a translucent powder.

Me too. I did buy it and love it, but I'll share with you my fav cool-toned palette that's been my go-to for a couple of years now, and it's significantly cheaper. Of course there aren't as many shadows, but you will get a great cool-toned look. I often just use the lighter of the two darkest colors, and then the very darkest color as a liner. I will often use a metallic lid color from somewhere else to get more variety. I have a ton of single colors or use a color from another palette for this. The metallic shades in the palette that I'm recommending are great, but they're on the rose gold side of things, and you may want different looks. Okay, the palette is the Rose Gold Bare Minerals Gen Nude Palette. Pics online do NOT do it justice. I love the palette so much that I bought a backup.

I love this palette! I've used it a few times since I bought it and I think it's a beautiful cool toned palette. I love her Bronzed palette too that I'm getting for the fall and I think both of them are gorgeous palettes. Just look at that beautiful eye look you created using this palette. Oh I was dying to see what you would come up with for an eye look with this new ND palette. I love the cool tone looks the best for me because I am someone who looks better in cool tones with my clothes too. But let’s face it, I love all the warm ones too. Cool tones are my fav. You can create this look with the ABH Carli Bybel palette. I know you weren't a big fan of that palette but its one of my favorites.

It's truly a cool toned eyeshadow lovers palette, and I don't think there is one colour I wouldn't use, which is unusual for me. I need this palette! I don’t have the Sultry palette from ABH so I won’t have a “double” of a palette lol! Love the look as always!!! This palette does look like it’s easy for a beginner to use! I would have loved something like this when I first started and didn’t know what to put where and how to blend and all that stuff that you learn from practice!
