Yes! I totally agree. I’m in my early 40s and don’t want crazy looks but I love makeup. I always love her looks with the palettes. Makes me feel like I can enjoy new makeup without looking like a disco ball!

I think for the summer months I will just use the sparkly shades as just a very light one and done or maybe with one of the more orange/brown shades. It's going to be perfect for the autumn 🍁. So far I have just been using the sparkles as more of eyeliners after spraying my eyeliner brush. I like this palette much more than I thought I would. I mean the second I saw it available as a pre-order I jumped on it because of the greens. But honestly I didn't really even take that close of a look at it. It was Natasha Denona so I knew I would buy it sooner or later anyway! Thanks for reviewing this and showing ideas how to use it. Much appreciated!

I totally agree about the first sparkle.. in the pan I thought it was peachy/gold and I was excited that I could use that with the orange and browns to create a less green look but on the eye it shifts mostly green. Love the palette, just wish that one color had less green

❤Tania all those neon colors look so pretty on you. 😍 But when you mentioned redundancy I just had the thought how my Viseart palettes -- even the eight pan ones -- all provide so many nice combinations and possibilities. I'm not as talented as you so it would be nice to see all your Viseart creations. I feel like I'm in a secret club or something lol -- loving Viseart so much. Not EVERY palette of course not. But I saved and ended up with four. Their shimmers I think are so pretty, such nice formulas and shades. I don't know why they're not featured more, or maybe I'm just missing the reviews. I am old so there is that . . 😐 Thank you for your videos. You're relaxing to watch !!❤🌸😁😄😊

I'm not blown away with this one. Sorry 🙏🏻 I absolutely adore khaki grungy greens but there's just too much of a yellow/mustard tinge to almost every shade. Also, all the shimmers (except the "gunmetal" one) seem to look far too similar on the eyes. I like the gunmetal shade but it kinda confuses me - does it really fit with this colour story???? I don't know. Then there's the shade Willow!!! That's a very odd colour to put in that palette. Thankfully, I have quite a few indie brand palettes that deliver more of the shades I prefer, and they have amazing formulas 👍👍👍 I'm hoping Alter Ego will create their version of this, with a few tweaks 😉 Love yooooooooooo 💚💗💚💗💚

Very excited to watch this video!! Stunning looks. The name sounds like Ya not a U sound. I am pretty sure it is meant to be like the yucca plant....color story. I have only seen one review that pronounced it correctly.

I love that you don’t use fake lashes! Amazing looks ❤ but I feel the moment one throws any shimmer in, the looks look quite similar. Same as glam palette this one can pretty much create just ‘one’ look. I’ll still pick it up tho 😂

The color story is real nice and you can make a lot of neutral looks with this pallet... I don't like greens even though they look good on my skin tone so I am debating about this pallet because I think you really have to like green to want this... I might pick it up just cause my man says those colors actually compliment me so I like wearing stuff that he likes me in too... I will see... Thanks for the review beautiful Tanya ...

Thanks for your review! I am not sure I will pick this one up. I think the timing of Natasha's last 2 releases have been odd. Very springy greens in Retro Glam for a Christmas release and very warm greens for late Spring release. I know this palette will only look good when I am very tan. I think I will just stick with my 4 new Viseart palettes and maybe but Yucca in August or September. It was very helpful to see that you felt 3 looks would be the maximum options out of this palette.

although it may lok like an autumn palette, ND describes it as a tropical color scheme inspired by her trip to the Maldives. But i guess they are muted tropical colors. But this also seems to be following a summer trend for 2023

I think there are some more yellow toned colors that would look great with blue eyes. I’m sure you can find some other looks online with blue eyes❤️

The gunmetal and cool dark green are out of place to me. A dark olive and a more vibrant green metallic would have been my preference in place of those. Thanks for the review - your eye looks are always so naturally gorgeous!

I’m on the fence about this palette. Lovely textures - as expected for ND. The colours though? Hhhmmm. The yellow/mustards are not for me. I love the greens but my eyes are blue green and I don’t know if they’ll flatter. We’ll see, maybe I will. Buuuut it’s a lot of money if I don’t use it 🙈

I have Metropolis & although it does have some of the shades like yucca it’s absolutely not very similar ! Metropolis has way more shades & textures & was one of her best releases ! Yucca is primarily an earthy green palette ❤

ND pronounces the way Tania did. I think it's just the UK has the yucca plant, so we lean towards saying it that way.

You are right! Yuca and Yucca are different things, and I even double checked my pronunciation since everyone is saying "Yoo-ka," and the pronunciation in online dictionaries for Yucca is indeed "Yuk-ka." We have Yuccas here in So Cal, and in my 45 years, I've only heard it pronounced "yuk-ka."
