I order pizza often because of my work schedule that keeps me running. Most pizza places don't cook it long enough for me, but I don't ask them to cook it longer, so with leftover pizza I put it in a skillet on about medium low temperature for about 12 minutes. I kind of gauge it by when the cheese on top starts to shine. The crust browns nicely and you can pick it up with out the pointed end (that's originally toward the center of the pizza) wimping out on you. It's great. But for a homemade pizza like yours, I like a tomato based sauce with lots of cheese, some onions, green peppers, mushrooms, the pepperoni that curls on the edges during baking, and some mild Italian sausage. YUM!

@Natashas Kitchen, I want to thank you for making me a “rockstar” tonight. I made this pizza and the white sauce (my family loves the white sauce). We absolutely loved it. I made ours with Italian sweet sausage because I can’t stand pepperoni - it’s Mother’s Day so I made it how I preferred it😊, my daughter loves sausage too. I had all the ingredients in the house too, no grocery store run. It was so good it earned its own playlist. I hate eating out so, thank you very much. ❤❤❤Blessings to you and yours!

Used all purpose flour and stretch it to a 14 inch pan and family loved the soft chew with an initial crunch with every bite. Awesome recipe! Waiting to save some mony for your cook book!!!

One of the most complicated recipes ever! So many ingredients for a pizza that has only 4: pizza flour, water, yeast and salt. In Naples back in time they had no smartphone to control the yeast.

Ohhhh! Pizza! Pizza! Pizza! 🍕🍕🍕 My mouth immediately starts to water when I see the cover. 🍅🧀🔴 You deftly made this pizza 🍕 look striking and beautiful. I've at least tried the pizza with sliced tomatoes 🍅 as the toppings before. You only put quick and easy as the title, lol 😂 It is easy, I agree. I wish I could infiltrate into your kitchen to steal a slice, but that's illegal 😅. We're now in a pizza world. Pepperoni is a good topping. It looks like a restaurant-quality pizza. Good job, as always. Other than that, I can't wait to hop onto my phone to watch this tomorrow! Also, stay tuned for a friend you will say hi to!

I used all purpose flour, it came put so good. My kids loved it!!! I heat up the wet towel in microwave and put the dough to rest, it was ready in 1 1/2 hour . Delicious pizza dough.

My go-to pizza toppings are pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple. FWIW, I like to let the pizza rest for a few minutes after taking it out of the oven. I find it easier to slice. And I don't burn the roof of my mouth.
