Nate Diaz is 38 yrs old and went 10 rounds with a 26 year old who should have knocked him out given the boxing skills and his sheer size. Jake Paul got what he wanted in getting a huge name in the ring with him....but once again it was a MMA fighter not a boxer. An older man took a much younger man the distance in a discipline he does not participate in.

One thing i really like about Nate and Nick Diaz is their honesty. Unlike Paul. Jake Paul reminds me of Charlie Zelenoff. A lot of talk and a rude disrespectful individual. Yes, he did win this fight. But I do not see him offering to fight Nate or Nick Diaz, or even Conner Mcgreggor in the octagon. Especially Conner, whose wife Paul disrespected. I am pretty sure Conner would love to spare with Paul. You put loudmouth Paul in the ring with any of these 3 guys, and the outcome would be totally different. So, I now refer to Paul as Charlie Zelenoff.

I enjoyed this fight, Diaz showed his heart, Paul got a result he needed. Has so much potential to improve his base, if he lost the chip on his shoulder, listened and applied I can see him being a scary guy to fight for boxers in time to come.

Post fight Jake seemed actually a decent kid, it doesn't suit him with his bighead attitude. Nate is a proper scrapper and totally honest and the way he acts, I think he's fuckin ace. Good fight but Nate wins all day in MMA.

I swear this was the funniest fight I ever seen. I knew who Nate was but never really watched mma. He was just in there having fun and getting paid while putting on a show. I didn't care he lost and neither did he. He may not have won the fight but he definitely won the fans! And I agree with Nate. Jake still can't fucking fight. 😂😂

Nate looked so bad lol if I boxed most of my life anyone would look so much better 😂 just constant arm punches and slapping punches not turning anything over. Jake probably wasn’t worried a bit about his ‘power’

Bedankt Nate 🙏🏻

Maybe 12 rounds we would’ve seen Nate dominate 🤷‍♂️ Jake said give him 8-9 months to train for MMA and he’ll be ready. Nate is a 3rd degree black belt in Brazilian jujitsu i don’t see Jake getting to that level that soon. Jake gets choked and submitted easily probably skip that PPV.

When he says his arm and knee were hurt into the build up… I believe him. I’ve been in his home before the Mcgregor fight and have seen him attempting to heal injuries that he did not make a big issue about. A lot of these fighters are fighting through some major bodily issues.

After watching the film, Nate definitely did okay, should they do this again, he should be more diligent in getting better at boxing. He doesn’t throw punches like he seemingly should. He slaps more than anything. While he had some good moments, for indicating he has been boxing for years, it didn’t really look that way. And smoking while training is kinda nonsense. The payday was really what it was all about. Good for them. 15:00 on through says it all.
