I don’t get why Nate says this stuff when he been so lazy and just smoking and coming to fight. He don’t got the same work ethic. Last couple fights just looks like he didn’t even wanna be there.

I think he meant he wants it again, he didn't mean "be champ again", he means i lost interest but now the want is back again, want to be champ. As for that, i don't know if it's a focus thing, or a "chip on the shoulder" thing, but how nate applies himself seems to come & go. If nate is on top of his game, gets a couple wins i think Leon Edwards 2 could play out differently. If he's just going in for fun & doing not much like last time, i think it turns out like last time.. his submission wins are legendary, he just needs to be the old nate etc.. same for nick, strikeforce nick was insane, ufc nick just didn't have the same dominance & imo Dana holding that press conference against him & changing the fight was his career changer.. he was never the same nick, then usada for weed exemption paperwork not correct.. could have been one of the greatest on paper

Most bonuses in ufc: Oliveira 19, Cerrone 18, Nate 16, Poirier 15, Miller 15, Lauzon 15, Silva 14, Gaethje 13, Holloway 13, Barboza 13. Also, Nate never was a ufc champ, he wasn't even an interim ufc champ. Nate lost his first title fight vs Benson by 50-45 decision, that was Nate's only title fight.

@gamebredo8880 , thats why its important to mention it, as you say Nate is more famous and richer, so what other fighters has over Nate? Inside the ring accomplishment, we should give credit to the fighters who have better legacy and accomplishment inside the ring, Nate is more successful than many fighter outside the ring, but inside the ring Benson is more successful than Nate.
