i guess that's the reason why almost all the abusive guys in series/tv shows are hot because they want to show that even if you were the person in the relationship being abused, you would still doubt yourself (unless you are strong-willed enough and not swayed by looks) because that's how abusive relationship works (plus the "love" they feel for the person)

I really hate the character. I can cope with rudeness or anger issues when it comes to bad boys. However, there is nothing loveable about abuse and blackmail. He is written as a strong villain and he is completely different then other traumatic teenagers we can sympathize with.
