I have known people in the real world cheat on people who are either related to me or not and I refuse to get involved in other people's marital and relationship problems. It's nothing to do with me. If Nate was a relative of mine I would not get involved. When people interfere it gets messier.

Nate suffered his consequences already. It took him forever to gain ground with Cain and he lost his marriage to Tracy. Tracy is getting what she deserves. She had ample time to tell the truth instead she twisted the truth to make herself look better and continued to carry on with Caleb.

At the time nobody knew he was related to Cain and also he was doing it to avenge a perceived injustice he thought was done against him and his mom

Difference is, nate wasn’t with anyone at that time whereas Tracy was. Tracy took Frankie to another country because he had a one night stand. She’s being having an affair with his uncle for months yet he hasn’t taken Frankie out of the country. So Tracy is worse than Nate end of.
