yeah they do that because it will be proccesed by a person whos job that is and the true weight will be on the court documents if they ever got that far. they leave it on for reasons to try to keep it intact for legitimacy reasons

They estimate the weight of the magnets. Importing and exporting licenses and clearance estimate the weight of every nut and bolt into net weight before cargo is included. Cargo is weighed at the manufacturer, which means packing seals can NOT be broken, and weight must be consistent throughout.

If they are too busy celebrating finding this amount, they aren't going to pay attention to the suv(s) behind her loaded to the gills. it is because they know the statistics, which suggest that most of the time the drugs ARE there. Its more likely that finding no drugs means they FAILED to find the drugs, so no drugs is typically the underisable outcome as an officer.

Here in California alone there were an estimated half a million (500,000) indigenous Native people inhabited there before Spanish arrived. Less than 5 % were hunter gatherers while overwhelming majority settled down and along oceans, rivers, creeks, lakes, waterways and grew agricultural stuff for food. After Spanish and Anglo conquest, after placing them in Rancheria/Reservation, less than 20,000 survived.
