It was a company policy. There’s no reason at all to risk hiring someone with a criminal record that interacts with children. Because if any incident happens it will be brought up. Then every one will question the hiring person “why did you ignore their prior criminal history?” Not worth the risk for such a job that isn’t short on applicants.

Couple things to address here, for one Nathan never said he was a bad guy so don't know why you think he did. Secondly who are you talking to? Nathan? You know he doesn't read these comments right? The joke is watching people who don't know whats going on, deal with Nathan.. its like a prank show with a lot more layers. Another big part of the comedy is how deep he goes, and how much he does to accomplish a ridiculous goal that doesnt ever actually help anyone.
