That’s at 70mph so that’s why it sounds like that.

@@djmasterty2309 If you say that the train went up to 70mph it means that the horn have pitched up high. But if the train went down to 30 or less mph, it means that the horn is pitched low. Yeah that’s why the train and the others sound like it.
