Mackinnon in my opinion is my all time favorite player, he works hard, plays, hard, and trains hard. Although who else is dissapointed that he didn’t get the hart trophy

What a gift that I've gotten to be an Avs/Nords fan from 85 til now. I got to see prime Sakic and Foppa, and now prime Mack and Rantanen, honestly Mackinnon might end up going down as the greatest Av of all time though. Seeing him live has been the greatest experience of my hockey fan career. And I've seen Crosby, Lemeiux, Ovi and McDavid. Nobody is as electrifying in person as The Dogg.

So I will continue to say it.m; Mackinnon > McDavid... Mackinnon falls behind if you look solely at the offensive stats, but when you look at how Mackinnon stats and gameplay work in overall... if you had to choose McDavid or Mackinnon for your top center... it’d be Mackinnon every day. He’s a phenomenal offensive playmaker, he has developed into unbelievable levels of 2 way play... and his leadership abilities make him even better. Never mind the humility and willingness to stick with a team for less money this kid has!

How did he not win the Hart trophy? Draistatl isn't even the most valuable player on his team.
