Hello Everyone!
Today in this video, I am going to discuss National Curriculum Framework For Teacher Education, 2009 Which is Initiated by NCTE. Teacher education refers to the polices and procedure designed to equip prospective teachers with the knowledge, attitudes, behaviors and skills they require to perform their tasks effectively in the classroom, school and wider Community.
Stairs to Excellence is an Educational channel on KZfaq, where we prepare for B.Ed. exams for all semesters. Defect in selection procedure means that how teachers are selected for this job, there is problem in that. It is not about selecting topics. Btw very nice teaching

Transactional mode means a model in which learning happens through interactions with people and experiences for eg: face to face meetings, A telephone call, A chat session, Interactive training etc.

Hey, NCF serves as a guideline for syllabus, textbooks, and teaching practices for the schools in India whereas NCFTE is for Teacher Education which covers both pre and in service Teacher Education. I hope you got the difference between them:)
