You are right about men having a harder time succeeding in the industry, however, a lot of other things are making it harder to survive in this profession that has nothing to do with being a male therapist and infact there are misconcpetions as well when some clients prefer male mts because they think they are stronger and give a deeper massage. It's all about educating. Our profession has been hit hard by massage franchises who underpay and over work cmts...other reasons too.

i took that school ..They are a rip-off....these days...women want women to work on them..and men want women to work on the....from experience...if your a guy..dont think that your ever going to get a good career off of this school...you just get a fat bill...try 12,000 by the time the intrest hits you.....all the guys from my class in 2000...are no longer doing it...you do learn cool stuff...but you only end up using it on family...sorry fella's..the truth hurts
