Beautiful job Shields! I wonder if those old farmhouse doors are available from the factory that have 5 horizontal panels? My Grandma's house had those.

something like this could be as low as the mid 200's. With what this customer has added and included I would say low to mid 300's

Is that a 7/12 roof pitch and what’s that siding color

This builder uses a minimum of a 7/12 pitch, nothing less. The siding is a light grey color. I can get you the specifics if you would like.

Also I have another question I know that they use crown molding and quite a bit of the new manufactured homes is that you cover up the scenes from where the ceiling and the wall meet to where it doesn't have to be modern Tate or is it still mud and tapes and then used the crown molding for decoration please let me know thank you

I have a couple of questions first question why is the tankless water heater on the outside of the house wouldn't that freeze and bust during the winter. And what keeps Critters from crawling up underneath that crawl space.

The tankless hot WH is always outside, I am not sure how but it never freezes. There is crawl space door that latches shut.
