Lovey house. I like the slit bedroom layout. You said this is 100% customizable so, that post in the kitchen bothers me. Can a beam long enough to span from the master bedroom door to the opening at the kitchen/hall be used and the post removed? I know it's at a cross point where several ceiling beams meat for support but, is it possible to remove it? In the hall bathroom, can the toilet be rotated 180 degrees and placed against the pantry wall next to the tub? Then, make a longer sink cabinet and add a second sink. I do not like the air intake grill in the living room. Can it be moved to the linen closet in the master bedroom with the grill facing the bedroom door? I see no location in the plan for a hot water heater or the HVAC unit. Where are they located? Surely, they aren't under the house. Thanks for the tour.
