Load up on OJ, water, warm tea, Emergen-C vitamin fluids or sticks, OTC meds too! My daughter had a fever Monday early morning(2am). Diagnosed with the Flu Tuesday evening. She was feeling 90% better by Tuesday night(11pm). Load em up with fluids and Vitamins. It helps.
