This product is garbage. NI says they know about the problem but they aren’t fixing it

Their support said this to me: "We are working on switching to a new installer tech which will make this issue obsolete and which will allow us to finally ditch these Microsoft Installaware installers." However, this was in April 2023 so don't hold your breath.

Absolute rubbish Native Access. I got suckered into the Kontakt sale. What a pile of shit. Thank God I already have Halion!

200 euro on a sale item....which I can't use because kontakt 7 is too old for it. Updates for kontakt fail to install. Paid another 50 euro for the latest kontack. Punched in serial number, success! Er..no. Still get the installation failed thing. Tried turning off windows firewall and defender, no help. Question now is, how do I get my money back?

@Jellybeantiger I'm in the same boat now. Got a fantastic bundle...which my kontakt 7 can't play and every kontakt update or reinstal fails.
