I just got the maschine MK3 2 months ago, and I'm loving it.

I found a Mk1 in a pawn shop in Long Island NYC which they were selling as a drum machine for £75 back in 2016. I duly bit their fecking arms off. Very very handy piece of kit, but I havent even scratched the surface of what it is capable of yet and I've had it for nearly 8 years, fercrhrissakes....

I sold my Maschine Mk3 on eBay. After a few days I regretted it and bought another one.

I think native instruments makes a new design that's still the same thing every year since 2012, if there's the first one with a screen you wouldn't need a screen on the next year's one

just ordered an MK3 today ! been back and forth between this and the Akai MPC One+ .. decided to go MASCHINE!

I got the mk3 during the cyber season sale so 12 expansions for free. I own a korg volca fm and bought the mk3 to take my music production seriously.

im know nothing about this MACHINE ,but it looks can do anything, probably you can plus your guitar in , make it like a pedal 😅, play same riff ,add some drum ,add some orchestra, and some bass , write some lyric on it, plus a mic to sing song , and then click save can, give it song and artist name ,probably can upload it and release a song, ended up blow up on internet, the biggest hit song of 2024 ,and thank you very much to dagan in a video not playing a guitar ,that interest me to click .

Hallo, thanks for the video i want to purchase a Maschine mk3 I have 3 questions 1) I want to use Maschine mk3 to record songs, guitar, song, keys i dont own a computer.. i want to record and mix all "hands on", is that possible? 2) If i record a sound a twig breaking forexample and load it into the maschine can it become a sound that can be played in different notes over the pads? 3)Would i need to buy the add on Komplete/Native instruments, or does it comes with sounds in the cheapest version you can buy?

What do yall think about this Idea. Maschines. What NI should do is bring back their whole line of Maschine products like they had in the past this is why Akai is winning or is ahead of the game. NI should make a flag ship Maschine. Maschine studio Plus give it dual flip up touch screens (nice to have that option but still have all the buttons as usual) where you can flip up the screens individually or one long screen that flips up like on their S series controllers, 8 outs 2 xlr combo inputs with 48v phantom power for condenser mics 4 1/4 inch inputs, phono inputs, CV outs 8. Stem separation, full intergration of certain Komplete and Isotope instruments, with sound design capabilities, all the things the current Maschine has, MP3 support .SF2 support, time stretch, 10 audio tracks, vocal suite, internal HDD front SD card slot, 4 midi puts 2 midi inputs, 8gb Ram. Maschine Plus MK2 1XLR combo mic input, phono in, put 4 1/4 out puts, 2 1/4 inputs, HDD, Battery option, 8 audio tracks, 4GB Ram. 4CV gate outs , Flip up screen touch. 2midi ins 2midi outs. I got the Mikkro model as I wanted to learn how to use it and didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a thing. Slowly plunking my way through.

So.. the only dif is the plus is for on the go, so for ppl that never leave the studio its kind of a waste

IMO the Maschine+ is kind of a waste. Because even if you own the +, at a certain point you're going to want a computer to use Maschines full potential. And you can pick up a Mk3 and used M1 MB Air for about the same price as a new +. And your set up will be far more powerful, without being any less portable than a Maschine+. In fact, it's actually MORE portable, because it gives you a portable power supply. And a way to supply power is something you still need, but don't get with Mascine+. And if you just don't wanna use the computer screen, you don't have to. You can use it exactly as you would the +, theres ZERO difference in how they opperate if you keep the laptop closed. But at least you have the option to scroll around in the software, because a lot of advanced functions are just way quicker more convenient that way. Plus, you can have your DAW, 3rd party plugins (wich will work in software mode, but most will not in standalone mode) & sample drive with you at all times. There's litterally no downside...its all upside lol. As a Maschine user who was first a long time MPC user...I can say from experience that for whatever reason, as standalone units the MPC's are far more efficient with thier internal cpu efficiency than Maschine +. You'll find yourself hitting the limit so quickly and so often...that you'll eventually just break down and hook it up to a computer anyways.

They made the Maschine Studio way too early.. It should have been able to use as stand-alone also
