No worries about the tears! It’s been 18 years since my mom went home to heaven and I still have tears! Never be ashamed of the tears - they declare the depth of love you shared 🤗 🙏🏻

Any ideas on how to mail this 3D without damage? I love this project! Kathleen

If you would like to mail this flat, you could omit the tea light holder box and then I would glue the bottom of the back as in the instructions, but I would leave the top of the back un-glued. Put Tear & Tape along that edge, then it could be assembled when the recipient gets it. I'm not in my studio right now but I will measure one flat later to see what size it would be for mailing.

@@crs949 I just measured it out. If you glue the bottom of the nativity together, add tear & tape to the top tab without adhering it , then fold over that top tab, the length of the nativity flat should be 5-1/2" and it will fit inside a regular Stampin' Up medium size envelope. 😀
