NATO Omits "Mission" From Ukraine Effort, Russia Moves Yars Missiles, Kyiv Strikes Gunpowder Factory

Күн бұрынA Kyiv security source claimed that a Ukrainian drone assault targeted a gunpowder factory in western Russia, 350 km from the border. AFP news agency quoted a source saying that the attack on the Russian gunpowder factory was carried out using explosive drones. Meanwhile, Russian said its forces destroyed 50 Ukrainian drones over Krasnodar and Rostov in Russia and the annexed Zaporizhzhia region of Ukraine. Russia's Defence Ministry announced that it is conducting drills involving Yars mobile nuclear missile launchers. 32 NATO countries are trying to name an effort to coordinate arms supplies and training for Ukrainian forces fighting Russia's invasion. Russia mocked the US-supplied Patriot missile defence system for failing to protect itself from Russian missiles in Ukraine.

You need to be telling that to Russia-- they invaded. And they can end it instantly if that's what they really want. But, considering there were TWO Chechen Wars, then they invaded Georgia, then Donbas, then Crimea, and signed agreements after every one of those, there's no point because they won't honor them. And by the way, Putin doesn't get to decide the secession laws of other countries, so that silly "we're protecting Russian speakers" nonsense doesnt't fly. NATO has already carried out "prophylactic deployment drills" of strategic weapons during their exercises as they expected an earlier use of atleast tactical categories by Russia. The West is also adequately prepared and also " rested" with updated actionably matriced ISR.

Look at it this way Zelensky doesn't have much political experience, yet he rallied his much fewer and not well armed Ukrainian forces to stand up to and Push Russian forces back ! And to garnered aid from over 70 nations to help him fight the Fascist Invaders .. And then we have Putin, under whose dictatorship Russia has fallen from 8th largest Economy to 12 and still going down, the ruble trades in the 90s to the US Dollar and is going down etc etc . Putin has shown his military to be a joke.. He has thrown away the best of his military and its equipment and seems unable to replace either . More than 2 years of intense war and russia has still not taken the entire Donbas region of Ukraine just on the other side of the russian border. Incredible. Let's not forget that a big chunk of the Donbas has been Ukrainian in rebel hands since 2014. It shows that the russian army has accomplished much in Ukraine in 2.5 years of war with its weak neighbor.

This is why Russia will likely target the patriots first by overwhelming them with cheap drones, rockets, glide bombs, Iskanders, etc. They finish off the systems themselves with Hypersonics. When Russia is ready to take over the skies, Ukraine will know.

@@LutherusPXCs Not a single Patriot system has been destroyed in Ukraine. However, one system was damaged last May in Kyiv (it was quickly repaired). The new Patriot system - the second that the United States has sent to Ukraine - will come from Poland, where it has been protecting a rotational force of American troops who will be returning to the United States.

It seems on a weekly bases Russia not only unveil advanced weapons to suit the modern warfare, the NYT recently reported ukraine having lost 74% of their air defense systems donated by all Nato countries combined and the the" once mighty" Patriot is not the only victim here but it is Nato best air defense system that Russia is destroying with ease and the rest of all Nato systems.

I don't know about the peter riot but the Patriot missile system has proven itself over and over again even shooting down Russian hypersonic missiles. It may be 1980s tech but it has shown itself to be better than anything Russia can throw at it.. While the much vaunted S-500 can only hit neighborhoods in cities adding to the damage its intended targets did .

Funny the Patriot system has shot down a bunch of Russia missiles in Ukraine and in Israel including a number of Hypersonic missiles.. Maybe Russia was talking about their much Vaunted S-500 system that couldn't hit ATACMS missiles but did manage to hit a neighborhood in Sevastopol a week or so ago.. Maybe that neighborhood was flying very fast at the time lolol
