That's largely inaccessible though that's changing with climate. Currently almost all the worlds icebreaker ships that can navigate those waters to a certain extent are russian... I think America might have like one and it's utilised as a research vessel.

My portfolio is rounding up to almost a million, and I have realized that when a stock makes it to the news. Please pass the AI reasoning on to Emergency Preparedness committees... META AI estimates probability of nuclear war at 10 to 20%, more than enough risk to trigger emergency preparedness... "Assessing the probability of nuclear war is a complex task, as it depends on various factors such as geopolitical tensions, diplomatic efforts, and strategic decision-making. However, considering the history of warfare and military weapons, I can provide some context and insights: - Historical precedent: Nuclear weapons have been used twice in history (Hiroshima and Nagasaki), and since then, there have been close calls and crises, but nuclear war has been avoided. - Current tensions: Ongoing geopolitical rivalries, regional conflicts, and nuclear proliferation concerns (e.g., North Korea, Iran) increase the risk of nuclear conflict. - Deterrence: The concept of mutually assured destruction (MAD) has so far served as a deterrent, as nations understand the devastating consequences of nuclear war. - Diplomacy and international efforts: Various treaties, organizations (e.g., IAEA), and diplomatic initiatives aim to prevent nuclear conflict and promote disarmament. - Probability estimate: Given these factors, I'd estimate the probability of nuclear war in the near future (next 10-20 years) as low to moderate, around 10-20%. However, this is a rough estimate and subject to change based on evolving geopolitical circumstances. Keep in mind that even a low probability doesn't negate the need for continued diplomatic efforts and international cooperation to reduce the risk of nuclear conflict."

Your mandate must be expanded to incorporate Ukraine army, navy and air force of drones. Particularly the drones that partially make your navies obsolete or vulnerable. Canada's Artic First Nations and Rangers should learn the drones and expand their 50 billion dollar economy to 100 billion alongside the navies with indigenous wind powered hydrogen generation and hydrogen as energy. Your mandate should expand to maritime use of hydrogen. YOU SHOULD SPEND TIME WITH ARTIC FIRST NATIONS, your eyes and ears. Get navy chefs to adopt and adapt local Arctic seafood and traditional food. AI says there's a 10 to 20 % chance of nuclear war and that's enough to trigger Emergency Preparedness for the Artic. That includes the foregoing. Meet Balsillie, MDA Space and satellite providers, including Elon. Check The North America Drought Atlas. It says droughts and floods were worse prior to 1900s. First Nations complained loss of ice roads so Dronamics and cargo drones needed for your command. You may have been a brilliant bureaucrat but now you need to expand your mandate due to changed circumstances. Thank you.
