It's even more hilarious if you saw past streams. In short, Matsuri was looking through her Pixiv art and was pissed that most of the art depicted Luna as the lead and Matsuri as the receiver, she then said on stream "Watch me, next time I meet Luna I'll be the lead. And if I manage to make Luna embarrassed you guys will have to draw me as the lead from now on". Try to guess what happened. Matsuri is truly a M wearing S clothes.

Man, jokes aside Matsuri is really pure. She's very playful at best but it comes off like it's from a very intimate child.
