The frequency of baseline cross-reactive T cells,
is correlated with the infection outcome following SARS-CoV-2 exposure,
and we observe significantly higher frequencies of cross-reactive memory T cell responses in PCR-negative contacts.
Here we assess 52 COVID-19 household contacts
Studied peripheral blood mononuclear cells
(Lymphocytes as opposed to neutrophils)
T cells specific for spike, nucleocapsid, membrane, envelope and ORF1 SARS-CoV-2 epitopes,
(Open Reading Frame, about a tenth of the viral genome)
These T cells cross-react with human endemic coronaviruses.
We observe higher frequencies of cross-reactivity
Memory T cells cross reacted with nucleocapsid-specific antigens significantly
Memory T cells did not seem to cross react with pre-existing spike-cross-reactive T cells
Our results are thus consistent with pre-existing non-spike cross-reactive memory T cells protecting SARS-CoV-2-naïve contacts from infection,
thereby supporting the inclusion of non-spike antigens in second-generation vaccines.

About those financial incentives, I got an annual flu shot for 24 years straight, plus an H1N1 shot in 2009. I also got two Pneumonia shots in my twenties, tetanus boosters, and then all of my childhood vaccines before that. I paid out of pocket for every single one of those shots, $20 to $40 each, because my high deductible insurance doesn't cover immunizations. All I ever got in return was a Band-Aid over the injection site. I didn't get the shots to protect anyone else, I got them to protect me. So when the government came out saying get a shot to protect someone else and have a free donut, free hamburger, free milkshake, Lotto tickets, $75, my BS detector started going off like crazy.

Why would I want that? I think many of them have been criminals during this episode.

I am a Red Cross volunteer and on a recent deployment to the KY floods, they had us lodging w/many others. All who were vaccinated got the virus, and I was one of two, that did not. Both of us did NOT get the jab, but had the natural immunity!

Remember, KZfaq is not a news organization. It is a profit making business, and YOU are being sold to advertisers. The video is just a way to sweetly draw people in, to make them available to advertisers. Same as television. Or radio. If the advertisers don't want to pay YT because the advertisers don't believe a video will draw a large audience, YT loses money. AND (here's the kicker for John Campbell) YT can be punished by CDC to tolerating what the CDC considers "inaccurate" information ... and again YT loses money. "Failure to comply with applicable laws, including reporting laws and investigative demands, is grounds for revoking the medical license of individuals and the operating license of institutions. While this penalty is seldom used, it has been upheld by the courts." I googled: are cdc covid guidelines mandatory and poked around. Another example: Porn would make a lot of money for YT, but the FCC might shut them down ... and YT loses money. So YT bans porn.

The pcr testing thing happened to me three times never had a positive test , have been exposed in same house hold with jabbed, sick, and positive tests of family members with covid. I tested 6 times after minor illness which lasted two to three days with sore throat that sort of thing . Later on I hade positive covid antibodies, I’m the oldest in the household at 62 and unvaccinated at the beginning of the pandemic I made sure my vitamin D was high, with good food and exercise. All my family had more severe illness even though they are young and healthy but didn’t listen to me about vitamin D , C zinc etc. my daughter a strong young woman has been sick for two months luckily it’s just a nagging illness and not severe. What I’m trying to say here is the information on this channel has helped me but I worry about long term events for my family after multiple jabs.

Here in NZ we were coerced/bribed with gift cards, free food (ironically that included kfc), gift packs, and even at one school kids were offered $50 to get the shot. On top of that of course was the threat of losing your job, being told you were selfish, didn't deserve hospital care if you got sick, told that you were a risk to others, especially your loved ones. And after everything we have learnt they are still doing it here.

I saw a video where one of the parents in NZ went and confronted the people who were offering gift cards to kids. Usually strangers enticing kids to come over and get money or gift cards for free would be flogged and accused of having perverse intentions. I’m amazed none of those people didn’t end up in hospital and not from covid.

I worked for a petrol station in NZ in 2021 and remember all these school kids rushing into the shop buying crap drinks, crap food and lollies for their $50 gift cards which they got from vaccination stations erected outside of high schools. I also remember reports of some "clever juvenile entrepreneurs" going from one vaccination station to another to collect multiple gift cards for multiple vaccinations. Obviously nobody checked if a person already had received a vaccine.

My wife works in a nursing home in NYS. They were offering $200 gift cards to employees who would take a jab at one point and $100 at a different time. It did not take long to force it or lose your job. It is a pity big tech has targeted you. They will stop at nothing and will destroy anyone.

The financial incentives approach has been going on all along in the US at least. In 2021, my city started a weekly million dollar raffle that you were entered in upon vaccination. As an ex health worker myself, I found the idea of baiting a patient to do a medical procedure for money deeply disturbing. It changed my entire outlook on the pandemic and these shots from that point on.

I believe this to be the best video we have seen on this subject. Thanks for creating this. Lots of compelling questions about the path chosen by our health industry. Further evidence that our health care in the US has degraded to a point that it is difficult to trust anything that comes from them. I never used to be an anti-vaxer and believe many vaccines probably have some efficacy, however, I am of the question everything mindset, so naturally would begin to question everything. I am old enough to be done with vaccines for the rest of my life.

I watched 'Died Suddenly" today. I'm unvaccinated and could almost sense that the vaccines wouldn't be safe and desperately tried, in vain, to stop my friends and family from succumbing to the mass hysteria and propaganda. I'm absolutely petrified for the health of everyone around me - my partner (who had to take it for work), my parents (who were hesitant and waited to see the outcome of friends and family before deciding to get two, resulting in side effects, (they both now seriously regret their decision to get them), my brother who did it for the good of others, to stop transmission (which we now know was an unfounded, blatant lie) and work colleagues and friends who just went with it, their reasoning being 'why would the government give us something that would harm us?' I despair. I'm terrified to see what happens over the next few years.

I am from Canada where we were treated less than if we choose to decline on the covid jabs. The goverment divided us all, even families. We need professionals to speak the truth and make a stand. If that means it's on another platform, then so be it. KZfaq will eventually die. Hello John I became a hermit while covid was more danger but after following you regularly I decided to go for it, and started training again. Within a week I caught BA2, which was a 37.5 degree fever for 3 days and I felt tired. It was over after 12 days. After travelling to be with my girlfriend we caught BA5. Because I had built antibodies all I felt was a tickle in the throat one evening and a gargle with corsodyl fixed that. My girlfriend hadn’t had covid before and had the fever and coughed for 3 weeks. I am 62.

When one is navigating the unknown waters, you may see the iceberg in front of you and say "obviously" the iceberg is not that big and the ship will sail past it. Dr Campbell (PhD or chief cook and bottle washer, I don't care), in his condensing the various information and statistics can steer me clear of a massive iceberg that in his opinion can save the ship I am riding on, I wish to listen to him. After all, 100.00000% of what we say is our interpretation of what we know to be the truth. Unless you are a liar. I have watched Dr. Campbell long enough that I can tell he is not a liar. He cares about all of us.

Here are some insights into non vaccinated family. :) 3 of us drove from Spain to Germany, only myself driving 7 days ago. We didn't vaccinate and usually we do not suffer flu types either. So after day 3 in Germany my husband got a fever and tested positive for covid. Very strong positive and temp. 39.2 C. So my adult son and myself had masks in the house etc. We both tested negative for two days after. But I took a test day 3 of my husband's covid and had a faint pos. No fever or any other symptoms at that time. My son was still neg. But as life would have it we needed to get back to Spain the following day Just myself driving and about 3500 km. So we left and stayed overnight in France. In the meantime my son also tested slightly positive. Well after stopover, I had another 1o hrs drive We all arrived safely thank goodness. But the first night home I had some mucus no running nose. Now is my day 5 and apart from the fatigue I am good and both of my boys are good. Part of Germany has allowed covid patients to work if they are asymptomatic or with mild symptoms. My husband probably got it in the coffee shop, I got it of him and my son of me. So dont panic if you have it and are not vaccinated. Paracetimol and love should sort it.Good luck and than you Dr. C.

If it was warmer, I'd recommend you put them on the balcony to give them plenty of fresh air and sunlight as that helped me a lot when I had delta. Right now, if you have a Wintergarten (the glasshouse whereyou put the plants in winter) or some rooms with big windows for direct sunlight, put them there, to boost their Vitamin D generation. Also if or as soon as they are able, let them take some short, light walks outside as fresh air helped my lungs a lot. Just be careful with the dry cold air, and if you can avoid it, no masks for the sick ones, especially outside, as they really strained my lungs back then.

Ive not had ANY vaxx’s and have only had some very strange mild symptoms once. For about a week in June 2022 (Mild fever, mucus w/ no runny nose (odd), and very fatigued… along with a small amount of menstruating which I never have any more (personal, I know but…) Symptoms I’ve NEVER had with any other “cold”… All i know for sure is this Covid stuff is very VERY bizarre and seriously makes no sense. Not the sickness or their “cure” for it. I don’t know what i had but it wasn’t a typical viral infection… And why is Kill Gates, a computer guy, in charge of our food and medical treatment these days?? I feel like most the planet has gone koo-koo… Im know I’m far from being the smartest person but all this nonsensical bs is easy for me to see… I wish everyone would wake the F up…:(

By the way, masks don’t help you, at all. Unless you’re trying not to actually spit on someone. If you sneeze you’ll see the same spray go through the mask as if you were wearing nothing. The “virus” can not only go right through your mask but it can go through every opening where the mask is not securely fitted around your nose and face. The whole masking and social distancing was one of the most ridiculous things i ever experienced. EVER. There was absolutely NO science behind it. And any science they tried to put out was eventually pulled back. Like everything else from our Governments, im finding out, is all BULL SH!T. Sadly..

You have permanently cemented my belief that being out in public is the best prevention to being infected by this horrible disease. Throughout this pandemic, I have been working on unmasked in public next to people that have been infected with the Coronavirus and I have not been sick one day throughout this time. Dr. John, I just saw a program (I think on Y.T.), in the U.S., that I believe you will want to watch: It's a Dr. Drew program, along with a Dr. RYAN Cole and a Dr.Victory. The second two are Pathology and Virology Expert's. The program was advertised with the statement that began with "Foot Long Blood Clots". (No, I couldn't make THAT up!)They discuss other things, like increases in certain cancers and something called Amyloids that can break down certain problems that didn't exist (My words, not theirs), prior to 2019. Your questions regarding the choice of the spike protein is also discussed in that program. Well, John, again, I believe you will want to watch this program because it answers so many questions and also, the amyloid making foods that break down the strange blood clots, which I'm quite sure you will understand much better than I can.

I remember when the reporting was the first case in the UK, in the US state by state, etc. There was so much disinformation being touted by network television, government officials, Medical agencies all over the world. But didn't this guy tell you over and over that this virus would be eliminated within two years?. Even a nurse with a basic knowledge of viral evolution would know that that was absolute crap. He was the ultimate lockdown zealot, the absolute hipocrisy of lauding Australia for what they were doing and now criticizing China is breathtaking, but it seems that whether or not he has any idea of what he is talking about doesn't seem to matter to his flock

We (the Dutch "Wappies") knew that from the beginning that there was a cross immunity. It was told already in April by prof Bhakdi from Germany.

Early on there were reports saying Sars COV-1 provided about 85% immunity from version 2.0. Then I read reports about people still being protected from Spanish Flu from decades ago. And then I heard reports that only old and sick people were dying from this. Just like old and sick people died prior to this. Then I went meh. Nothing much to worry about. But Campbell should've know about all these things. I'm not a medical professional and I figured it out within the first month of this thing.

Haven't used a space heater much since '11, global warming is stifling Putin's kinky ambitions to let us freeze or suffer immense heating costs. I know full well which political parties got us were we are, but I already disliked them way before and they're on the decline. 😁

Jeffrey, it seems medical education does not help. I got the happiest, most excited sounding invitation to get my covid booster Vax from my GP surgery in November and felt like giving them an abusive reaction. I ignored them instead. Why was it so happy? Because they wanted to entice me doing the right thing? Because they haven’t got a clue how ill many people get from it? Or because they want to get money regardless of the outcome for the patient?

Not many of us have medical training but we do have the power to think and make our own judgments. Dr. Campbell respects this innate power that all of us have. Maybe that's why we like him so much.

Dr. Campbell, exchanging one word for another, can help keep the algorithms from being triggered. There's channels that have done this, and also what you show people to read, without saying it, that has helped too. So far the algorithms pick up on what you say. but so far, not what you show, for us to read. Hope this helps. I can refer you to a couple of channels that are really creative and have had their channels for over 5 years. 👍🏽

Too true,I’ve had it once & I’m unvaccinated. My wife has had two shots & had covid twice. I know of people who has had 6 boosters & had covid 4 times.
