I can honestly say when i first went natural and did the big chop i used this method and my hair sprouted like wild fire ...dont know why i stopped especially with my low porosity hair

One time I was spending the night somewhere and forgot my bonnet so I thought I’d use a shower cap to cover my fresh twist out . I went to sleep with dry hair and woke with damp, frizzy hair. That’s how I discovered the greenhouse method😅

I do the greenhouse method like 2 to 3 times a week depending on my hair. I just started and I have super duper dry hair so it helps a lot.

Hey girl! you know I've been rocking with you from day one.[ Hair twin.] I haven't commented in awhile but its nice to see how much you and your channel has grown. Plus, I love the shea yogurt. I just started using it like 2 weeks ago. the greenhouse effect is what I've been using to grow out my heat damage and retain moisture. I just love how we seem to always be on the same ;page.

So I do this sometimes with my pre-poo and a plastic cap overnight. You just schooled me bc I had no idea that there was a name for this! All I knew was my hair seemed to grow faster from it.
