That would be so great. My cousin and I are both natural but we have different hair types. We trade products but some dont work for either of our hair and we throw them away. It would be nice to have someone else to give it to or go find a product to try and determine of we really want to invest money in that product.

Expiration starts after you open the products and if you didn’t touch/contaminate it then it good as well. I didn’t like crn twisting butter, as i am or wetline either

Everything that isn’t open isn’t expired (the symbol is for once you open the products) and you should donate or use in a giveaway that way they go to people who need them or want them. I hope you didn’t actually throw them away just yet.

I thought I was alone with Camille Rose twisting butter and curlaide I cannot get with it BUT her leave ins moisture milk coconut water line and lavender leave in are BOMB!!!

hmmm it’s really interesting hearing a different viewpoint. Camille twisting butter was my favorite for a year or so but it was expensive so i switched to african pride and now i’m pretty much addicted haha. What’s your hair porosity by chance?

@@Kayla-sm9gc it dried my hair out tried it more than once I really wanted to like it 😩😭but I have low porosity hair. Butters in general I noticed my hair doesn’t like 😕the Miche twisting butter Crys also mentioned is super light but dries my hair out too 😭

I love the Camille rose twisting butter. I just got it a few weeks ago and it works so well in my hair. I hated wetline. I felt the hold was too strong and it was a little bit drying. Did NOT understand the hype around that. You had me with the Kinky Tresses one🤣. I was like “hollup, not Kinky Tresses!”

Wetline has a really weird hold to me, its strong once you put it on you hair but it feels weird after a day.

I say try the Melanin creme paired with aint Jackie’s one more time for a twist out before u throw it away. Janae posted a twist out video and said it was the best combo she ever used so I tried it and it was BOMB together.

Whhaaaaat?!? That Melanin twist elongating cream was IT for me! I love it, it gave me moisture and hold but that goes to show how products can perform differently on different hair types. I also love the As I Am JBCO water to refresh my hair when I’m retwisting in between wash days. Or if my hair dries as I’m twisting it. I’ll probably never re-wet my hair with just water, ever again lol See, that Camille Rose Almond Jai…I had to give it another try. The first time, it left my hair really moisturized but I had NO HOLD! The second try, I used more product and the hold was pretty good. Not the best, but good. Maybe if I pair it with a gel, the hold will be better. But moisture level was great. This entire video was hilarious 😆 keep the great content coming! And your hair looks BOMB AF

yesss the camille rose twisting cream always left my hair so soft but the hold was ABSENT. I added wet line and it made it a lot better. I switched to African pride leave in without gel and it works better in my opinion for only $5

Good Morning. Just finished watching your video. I've been following you along with other natural hair influencers and have learned a lot from each of you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us and continue to remind viewers that you are talking about your hair ad what worked or didn't work for you. I am curious though, you mentioned that you get products on the daily and now are going to donate them. Not sure where, but have you thought about a once a month or even every 2weeks do a drawing for certain brand and send to your viewers as another way of saying thank you for being a part of the family? I am sure some of those products are quite pricy and would be much appreciated by someone who is trying to find the right product but cant afford it just yet. This would give them an opportunity to see if it works and then budget for it as opposed to buying it and it didn't work. Shoot, some people would just want it because it came from you i'm just saying :) just a thought.

I reallllyyyyy wanted to like Maui Moisture because of the great packaging, smell, and ingredients. I've tried about 5 of their products so far and they're just....okay. Kind of disappointing cause they seem like they're good quality, but they just make my hair feel meh

I will literally use ANY sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. I’m rinsing them out any damn ways. As long as the shampoo gets my hair clean, and the conditioner has a slip for when I detangle… I’m using it 😭😭

The Eden Bodyworks papaya hair dress stuff is good for using as a leave-in/moisturizer before a protective style. That's what their IG indicates anyway.

I used the As I Am smoothing gel for the longest. But it makes my hair flake bad. I think it's the flaxseed because I've used other products with the same ingredient and had the same result.

PAO (which is the little jar symbol x amount of months) doesn't mean that the product is expired, it means Period after opening. So you have 1yr to use after you open it.

The only thing I like from Camille Rose is the hydrating honey leave in and I can only use it in the shower right after washing or it is hell on your hair. It got to be soak n wet.

I’m not sure if the formula changed, but the as I am just doesn’t do anything for my hair anymore !!! I think maybe because I started incorporating aryuveda into my hair
