When I worked as a public defender in a Southern state, probably 80% of my black clients had never had a driver’s license. Apparently it’s a cultural thing.

She took a calculated risk, a gamble; and she lost. Anything that happens involving her license, her fines, points on her license, license suspension, incarceration is all on her. And getting lippy with a trooper never, ever works. Really bad move on her part.

Thank you sir for pointing out her poor attitude and that she is the one to blame for her situation. Too many claim freedom of speech when cussing out LEOs but so good to hear you set her straight before it got that far. Cussing at an LEO should be considered verbal assault on an officer and courts should hold them accountable.

Having an attitude with law enforcement will cause you more grief than any satisfaction that you may derive from giving that officer attitude. She is lucky that he checked it and allowed her family to come and get the car. Most troopers would have not done that once the attitude manifested, she was lucky it was him and not a different Trooper.

My version has things to need to be redacted out of it. According to the ASP. That’s why it’s set to private. The other channels have the redacted versions. Mine will also be redacted, but it will be tomorrow. The more you know.
