i am muslim but mum always insisted on me to try yoga and meditation, I found this video by hazard and i went too deep in the meditation that I started seeing colors, it started with yellow and orange, than changed to turquoise and green and saw a small circle of hot pink .. I don't know what was it but I found myself smiling all of a sudden, I will keep on meditating cause I suddenly found myself more positive I am so happy finding this treasure thanx for sharing it with a world full stress and negative waves ♡
