Russel knows that they think she is a girl because they say "Mam." So he includes Tyrone as Buks Husband because the people on the other end see them as a normal interracial couple.

I think he passed the phone. Something just happened that made him away from the phone, so my guess is the other employee took care of the phone calls, surely nobody gonna leave a phone ringing like that. So the manager simply messed up.

The guy handled it properly and manager was strong and to the point, I like that. People don't have to be a patsy just coz they work in a customer service.
