@@competitioniq1670 हर इन्सान एक समान नहीं होता उत्तर हो या दक्षिण, पूरब या पश्च्छिम. ४० साल पहले मुम्बई में दक्षिण भारतियों के विरूद्ध मुहिम चढ़ा, बाद में बिहारियों और यू.पी. वाले निशाने पर आये।आज भी सिर्फ भाषा ही नहीं,जाती के नाम पर बिहार कितना बँटा है आपको मालूम है। तमिलनाडु में भी जातिवाद काफ़ी है।बेंगलुरू,हैदराबाद,चैन्नई, में लाखों उत्तर भारतीय युवा IT में कार्यरत हैं और परिवार समेत बसे हैं। इसलिये नकारात्मक विचारों को छोड़कर सकारात्मक तरीक़े से हर एक को एकता और आपसी सौहार्द के लिये प्रयास करना होगा।दूसरे पर उँगली उठाने से पहले हम खुद इस दिशा में क्या कर रहे हैं, पूछना होगा।

After a very long time, I heard such a masterpiece interview. Some day, please ask Bihar CM to connect with such industrialist and offer them to set up industry in Bihar and provide security and concession. Weather is some what similar in coimbatore and Gaya and other districts and distance to bangladesh is less too. Reduction in the employee maintenance cost and transportation to Bangladesh market for yarn could lead to lesser cost and better profit.

ये जो बता रहे है उससे इनके यहा काम करना बहुत कठिन है, क्योंकि ये हमे कॉन्ट्रैक्ट में लेते है फिर जब मन किया निकाल दिया, मानेसर में भी यही होता है ये ऊपर के लोग है डाटा पर ये चलते है लल्लनटॉप की तरह ग्राउंड में नही है, ये ओनरोल का बता रहे है लेकिन बहुत से लोग ऑफ रोल होते है 95%,

Many North Indians used to come and start working, but they ran away for 1-2 month on occasion like wedding, festivals etc. tab tak Co. ka kaam kon karega.

Very laid back comment. Ghar baithe pitaji k paiso se khane se better hain, bahar jake mehnat kare, skill develop kare, tarakki kare aur khudh k paiso se khay. Aise complain karne vale attitude k log na safal hote hain aur na hi kisi aur ko safal hone dete hain. India need jobs, and such guys are training plus providing it. Kisi ko encourage nahi kar sakte toh discourage kabhi math karo.

Too good to believe Saurabhji please visit barkagaon in Hazaribagh....where huge displacements took place due govt starting the coal mining in the area... The displaced are mostly engaged in mining outsourcing companies Ladies are engaged in Aparel and Textile industry....which is now closed owing to some labour issues .... The mining and Apparel companies are all from South India... They provide hardly any papers detailing employment conditions My feeling....it appears rosy bur it's not the true picture

*The 2023 the famous JATIYA SURVEY revealed that the capital of Jativadi politics has only 7% degree holders (people know the standard of education in Bihar from grade 1 to post graduate degree with almost no employable, business and communication skills in English other than local Hindi) and they keep on complaining about not getting jobs in todays IT era. How many jobs any government can generate for the high school pass young men? When students of the other states were studying hard, they were busy in jativadi politics. Those who become graduate try to get jobs in UPSC knowing they are competing with other states. They want a government job because it is a life time job and give them opportunity to collect bribes that is why they hate private skilled jobs because they avoid hard work unlike other states in south. They make fun of those Gujaratis who start small businesses of their own if they are not highly educated. They do not want to change their leaders either Laloo or his Lal*

UP, Bihar के लोग अब कहीं बाहर मत जाना, जब तक अपना state ना सुधर जाए। बहुत हो गया गाली खाना। हम अपना घर-गाँव छोड़ कर चले जाते है, यहाँ के मुखिया, विधायक हमारे फण्ड पे मजा मरते रहते है, न स्कूल सुधारते है ना स्वास्थ्य। वहाँ इनका काम करो और गुलामो सा व्यवहार झेलो । वहां फैक्टरी मालिक की मौज है, यहाँ राज्य में नेताओं की। हमारी जिंदगी ट्रैन में गुजरती है। अपना घर, राज्य छोड़ के मत जाना, सब सुविधा, रोजगार अपने यहाँ होना चाहिए बस।
