There is one misconception in job that they work only 40hrs and have every holiday including sat, sun. I have worked for 14 years in IT no day was less than 10-12 hrs minimum, nearly 3 days of holiday+weekend w have to work monthly.

No offence but i feel that your content is centered around what men should do in their career, how they should make profit, how they can take aid of their wives, how they will not get married if they dont earn certain amount of money, etcetra etcetra.. i want you to understand that there are "women" out there as well who belongs to the upper middle class families and just not only wants to be somebody's wife, but have their own meaningful life, want to earn not only by 9 to 5 job but also want to start their own startup and wish to fulfill a dream that they have dreamt for themselves..i sincerely ask you to give your perspective in the favor of these women too.
