Love the channel but your hubby thinking these smell the same means I can't take his fragrance opinions too seriously. Vph is a decent designer style "blue" style fragrance. Voyage is pickle juice mixed with axe body spray.

Versace Pour Homme, is such a wonderful fresh citrusy scent. Nautica Voyage is not bad, but does not compare to Versace. Nautica Voyage to me smells like a slightly masculine cucumber melon scent, even though it’s not any official notes. If you are a teenager, I would go for voyager, otherwise spend alittle more and get Versace pour homme

Both will be in my rotation this Summer and utilized properly. Nautica Voyage will be my every day scent whenever I'm on the go running errands or just hanging out but Versace Pour Homme will serve as my higher profiler scent whenever I'm at my local Wine Bar Lounge or social event where I want to get noticed. Finally, YSL Y Le Parfum/Bleu De Chanel will serve as my heavy hitters for Formal Events and Dates to round out my Summer Rotation. I regularly purchase Versace Pour Homme and always get the 6.7 oz for its the much better value and here in the US it’s usually around $70. Great scent but on the weak side so be liberal spray away ! I also have Nautica Voyage and the Versace is much better imo .

I really loved Versace pour homme in the beginning. After some time it started to smell like rotten eggs to me. I have been using Nautica voyage as well and I must say I am loving it more than VPH. I switch among the 2 off and on but Nautica voyage is my favorite among the 2. I really love the dry down of Nautica.

2 of the best aquatic fragrances, I love both of these a lot. Voyage is more aquatic and fresh, versace pour homme is more citrus & sweet (but still aquatic and fresh). I've said a few times that Nautica voyage is the freshest fragrance you can buy but now I change my mind dior homme cologne/jimmy choo man ice & Roja oceania are the freshest. But voyage is still the cheapest and best value for price and performs better than dior homme cologne/jimmy choo man ice but doesn't out perform roja oceania

@@viajera6377 How old is your husband? voyage may be best for men under 35 because it's fresh but very basic and youthful in smell. I think older men prefer more older type scents he'd probably enjoy something like Dior homme 2020, Versace dylan blue, Aqua di gio profondo, Dior sauvage, PDM greenley, Mont blanc explorer, club de nuit intense man, Roja elysium, issey miyake l'eau d'issey "sport", ralph lauren polo deep blue parfum, Mr burberry edt, terre d'hermes, etc..

I don't really get any aquatic scent from voyage. Just cucumber/pickle. Cool water takes the cucumber scent in a more aquatic direction but it's very weak.

The price difference in South African is far apart between the two… Varsace is ZAR 1655 vs Nautica ZAR 435 for 100ml at full price 😳 I am getting Nautica soon but a blind buy as there is no tester at the store I am getting it.

It's still worth having. It's not Amazon's most sold fragrance for nothing. Its been active in my scent rotation for years. I personally prefer voyage over Davidoff coolwater.

I have about 30-40 ml left in a 100 ml bottle of VPH from 2010, which I kept after being gifted a newer one, and the performance is noticeably better in the 2010 bottle and is deeper and richer. The newer 2018 bottle is lighter, less dense and is gone in about 6 -7hours. The 2010 bottle projects much better and lasts 8-10 hours.

Price is nowhere near between the two. Nautica Voyage is HALF THE PRICE ($15 to 20) of the Versace one ($30 to 40). Smellwise Versace PH is so much better but Voyage outperforms Versace in really hot summer days.

Nautica Voyage Nautica Voyage Nautica Voyage Nautica Voyage Nautica Voyage ALL the WAY. Versace Pour Homme is okay, but Voyage just smells like a wave you want to drown someone in. Ppl in fragcom say Voyage smells "green" and i don't get green at all. Just aquatic without the seaweed or salty smell. Not a resprayer for me, but definitely a 6-8 sprayer. I'd like to try other Spring/Summer EDT casual fragrances (like Chanel Allure Homme Sport non-eau extreme), but I've had Voyage over a year and it's 35% full. Definitely worth buying again. Cheap too!

I own both and have had the same voyage bottle for 5 years and pour homme for about 2 months. Just the scents alone, I can wear pour homme dressed up or dressed down for casual. I really don't feel voyage can pull that off. My gf liked voyage because she loves cucumber water and that's what she said I smelled like, refreshingly casual.

versace pour homme is better IMO and lasts longer. With 15-20 sprays i get 6-7 hours of longevity. With Nautica i need to spray more to get the same performance

Hi, I have a question. I like the soapy scents of the Voyage. When I bought Prada L'Homme later, they both have same scents in my nose. So I searched on google and youtube and I can't find any comparison videos of both fragrances. Do they smell different? Something wrong with my nose? 😊 One of the fragrance has degraded. Or they both really have similar soapy scents??

Basically every fragrance made by Coty does the same. Coty is the largest fragrance company in the world, and not only do they make their own fragrances, but they make them for like a hundred or more other companies. Their famous fragrances are Stetson, Aspen etc, but they also creeated and make fragrances for companies like Davidoff, Nautica, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein. Yes that is correct, the same company making Stetson, also created and makes all fragrances for Nautica. Companies pay Coty to create and make fragrances, because it is cheaper t pay them, than to do it themselves. Most people have no idea that the same company that makes Stetson, created all the Nautica fragrances. Coty literally makes a majority of the fragrances on the market, from the cheapest t the most expensive. So to the people making fun of fragrances like Stetson, think about that the next time you use a Nautica fragrance, because the same exact company created all of them. Nonetheless most Coty fragrances have great dry downs. Coty knows what they are doing. Something n Coty's site from a few months back was a press release about them renewing their deal with Davidoff. Daavidoff is the owner of Cool Water, which is made by Coty. The deal specifically says as part of the deal Coty will be reformulating Cool Water, so it appears Col Water is gonna be changed sometime soon. It also says they will be expanding and creating more Coo Water scents. That should give you an idea of what Coty does. Companies come to them, they ask them to make them a fragrance, and pay them to make it. Then Coty creates and makes their products for a large fee.

Versace pour homme is nicer better quality juice but out of the two nautica performs better and longer on me, also they ain't the same price nautica is about £20 and versace is about £40 so double the price still reasonably priced though and they don't smell the same at all your hubby is nose blind lol

Vintage Voyage id say would be even with VPH. I thought VPH was reformulated too though.. therefore voyage reformulated is not there.. a good cheapie with nostalgia of the vintage voyage. Reformulations are sad.

Aqua di gio profondo, azzaro chrome extreme, ysl y edp, terre d'hermes parfum, versace dylan blue, mont blanc explorer, dior sauvage, dior homme 2020, prada l'homme, bvlgari aqva atlantiqve, d&g light blue forever, bvlgari wood neroli, hugo reversed, invictus, etc...But chanel platinum egoiste probably the most beast mode freshie can set off a smoke alarm it's so strong

VPH, Easy answer. Voyage is severely overrated, and I found it to be really sour and nasty, kind of like sweat when I tried it. It's just this nauseating overpowering cucumber. I'll never understand why so many people love it.

Doesn't smell like cucumber or sweat...it's aquatic, that sourness is just citrus which all citrus fragrances have. It's synthetic, but so is like all the freshies . To me it's still the most fresh and most aquatic fragrance apart from maybe d&G light blue intense which is more aquatic maybe not as fresh though. D&G light blue intense smells closer to versace pour homme

i'm no expert when it comes to fragrances, i don't own many bottles but one thing i can say for sure is that to this day i do not understand why would anyone say anything positive about nautica voyage. i don't want to sound like a hater and a designer fanboy but its probably one of the worst colognes out there (for me atleast), i kinda see the notorious "salty cucumber" with it but it reminds me more of a synthetic ocean type of smell. "its good for its value" i 100% do NOT agree with this, if you buy it you just wasted 17$, there are much better alternatives (cant believe im saying this but) i've tried police fragrances (the skull ones) and they were much better, easier to wear and neutral fragrances.

do you really want to wear it in high heat though? vph is sweet and has tonka in it...voyage is way better for high heat since it's fresher

@@GrowingDownUnder I actively wear it in high heat in Georgia. It turns into something even more masculine. Try it. Voyage has a heaviness like Hugo boss and in the heat it’s super cloying. VPH is hella fresh. Not sure how you don’t pick it up. It’s lighter which is what you want in the summer. The heat will make it shine for you.
