We miss you to Amye. We are soo busy and its not always in that direction. We were in TX and all over TX then NM then AZ. Soon we will be Idaho. But we need to get to Oklahoma soon. We need to do lots of research with the Osage Nation. So much to do. I hope its cool where you are. We almost died of heat in Houston with the humidity was 98% along with the 99 degree temp. It doesn't sound hot but adding the humidity was awful. We left and one hour after while on our way to Austin, the skies were clear there, three tornadoes came down north and where we had stayed. The lights were out and electricity was down, So we are blessed and prayed for the folks in that awful heat. Stay cool and keep praying. This world is gone nuts!!! Hugs Navajo Grandma

You are such a kind woman who always keeps my hope up and with each kind word you say gives me hope. Thank you so much. Thank you Thank you. Grandpa appreciated your kind thoughtfulness. It was clear and gorgeous. WE went to a park becuz gpa wanted to have Navajo Spam sandwich. We trotted our cooking gear to a park, I made the dough, cooked the anaheim chilis over the coals, cut the onions, tomatoes in slices, had lettuce, peeled the chilis, made the frybread, gpa made his sandwich, added on his plate his potatoe salad, and our hot grilled corn slathered with wonderful real Butter, salt and pepper and we said our prayers over the food!! Then we chomped it down!! Oh when it is calm and you enjoy the outdoors, no matter where you are, it is heaven. Our tummies were happy I tell you. Then we reloaded up our gear and headed out. It was peaceful and hot. Watch out. WE have been between heat, humidity and leaving an area and tornadoes where wee had been. Goodness God is watching over us and we prayed for those in the storm. Know you are loved and thank you for being here. What would I do without you sweetheart!! I have never met you but I do know you!! Your sweet spirit, actually not sweet but STRONG SPIRIT, I would rather say, I can't believe you are timid, but you can be when you need, but your spirit is precious and so powerful!! Sprouting is on the list as well eventually. Its not always easy teaching this because people lose track and end up with bacteria or whatever it is that grows and can really make people sick or some even die. So that is a subject that is wonderful but sketchy. Sprouts are healthy especially when the store veggies are at a high cost and full of chemicals. But also remember some of these chemicals are used storing seeds. That is why I said do not use everyday bowls. I hope you understand. Hugs.. Navajo Grandma
