The Navajo Knobs trail is a 9.25 hike in Capitol Reef National Park in southern Utah. This hike is doable year round with almost no crowds in the winter time when I hiked (mid-January). If you want to add on the Hickman Bridge the hike extends to about 11.7 miles.

Looks like a great hike! Reminds me of Moab but way less people.

Back in January I was at Hickman Bridge at sunset. I was the only one on trail... Miles of emptiness around me and a gorgeous sunset.

That's a really cool trail that seems to be lesser known. We ended up doing it a few months as an alternate to our planned trip (too much snow for that one) and were blown away by the views.

Your video actually inspired me to hike this one when I was looking for ideas. Agree though - super low key hike in terms of crowds but that backdrop and the views of the Castle really blew me away.

Amazing hike. We did this in July. Cap Reef is the most underrated National Park in the US.

Believe the high one is Mt Pennel which is part of the Henry Mountains.

Thank you, loved your video, subscribed! I love the national parks and I love to hike but I have a fear of heights - do you think this one is okay for someone like me?

For sure - no heights until maybe that last bit to climb up and you can have fairly similar views without it
