I've seen some covers in my time, played quite a few and analysed even more. In over 45 years of musical experience and 20 years teaching music I have NEVER heard a better cover of ANY song. This is simply outrageously and incredibly powerful. Deep Purple are one of my all time favourite bands... This version not only matches Deep Purple, but my opinion exceeds the original.

Child in Time is one of those real epic rock songs that you recognize instantly...you did a fantastic job with this cover. I love how you dare to take on these kind of songs and cover it in your own way. The singer has an amazing voice but big thumbs up for the musicians as well!!!! EPIC!!!

An absolute wonder.The voice is fabulous and the power of the group perfectly emphasizes it. I'm 55 years old and i'm a mega fan of DEEP PURPLE mk II. De beste cover van dit nummer in jaren! Ik zag deze bij de comments van: Minds of the future, ook via you tube. Ze waren geraakt door jullie versie... mooie comments... en dit nummer van jullie was bij hun heel vaak aangevraagd! Ik was weer terug in de tijd, zeventiger jaren toen ik uitging en een band in onze buurt als enige dit nummer ook zo goed coverde... Thanks jongens voor dit nummer en de geweldige uitvoering... kippenvel! Jammer dat dit nummer te lang was voor The Voice... had vast heel hoog gescoord!

Sjanne Janssen ik las je reactie; top 👍👍 Ben je ook bekend met hun eigen muziek, Cerberus bijvoorbeeld? Ik denk dat je dat wel aan zal spreken. Hun repertoire is zeer gevarieerd, van zeer kleine (rock) ballads tot kei harde rock, echt gaaf!

started to watch it curious of "let's see another singer trying to come any closer to the original", hell this is magic like the original, slightly different from DP magic but still magic...and this is the singer.for guitar.....i prefer this to the original hands down!the slow guitar part magic is more powerful than DP it was like opening another world

Saw it first time yesterday, came back today to check. Well. It's as brilliant as I first thought. Jeez. I think The Voice didn't do the band's true energy that much respect I guess. Saw Kees Lewiszong yesterday @ Guitar Heaven Amsterdam. How to use three amps on stage and blow the hell out of your band members but create a massive soundscape. They have themselves a newly found fan! Wow. Wow. Did I says Wow? ;-)

Until I listened to this I was convinced that was impossible for anyone to do this song any way good enough other than deep purple to make it it anything other than a waist of time to who ever might try and a waist of time to who ever might listen to it but I was wrong this is a amazing cover and truly worth listening to.
