5 жыл бұрынऑल इंडिया मजलिस-ए-इत्तेहादुल मुस्लिमीन (AIMIM) के सांसद असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने तीन तलाक बिल को महिलाओं के खिलाफ बताया है। लोकसभा में गुरुवार को तीन तलाक बिल पर चर्चा के दौरान हैदराबाद के सांसद ने कहा कि उन्होंने पहले भी इस बिल का विरोध किया था और आखिरी सांस तक इसका विरोध करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि यह कानून मुसलमानों को उनकी तहजीब और उनके मजहब से दूर करने के लिए लाया गया है। उनके भाषण के दौरान कुछ ऐसे भी आए जब संसद में ठहाके गूंजने लगे।

Just because the wife will get to the road because she will be thrown to the road as her husband will be jail can this be the main reason to not implement triple and what about those females who are being the victim of triple talaq and husband comes and says 3 time isn't at that time the female being thrown on to road. It's like saying that rape victim should go to court as her identity will be disclosed and if the person is himself/herself not willing to go to court how will the justice be served and mind it that it was the wife's who initiated this step to pressurise gov to pass an amendment on triple talaq as they were the one who were suffering the most and not the vice versa even if you visit some low rural muslim arean you will see many cases like these and women themselves want to get rid of their husband

Modiji govt is so transparent that it brings all necessary changes in policies conducive to the society first time post independence such inclusiveness is happening. However common civil code is the only solution. No triple taalak and same rules to everyone.

@@AbhishekPandey-je5ql we are not against triple talaq because of Islam. We are against because it subjugate women. Husband ko to jail ho jaye ge 3 talaq bole ga toh. Par wife ka kya hoga. Wife toh beech mein pass jaye ge. Na talaq mila, aur husband bi chala gaya. Wife ko koi Financial security bhi nahi milege, jo kisi bhi divorce mein milte hai.

@@afsanakhan7071 This is India. You won't have any Islamic laws here. As for your concern, Hindus, Sikhs etc already follow the law where wife gets compensation after a divorce. So when uniform civil code(UCC) will come, wives would get their divorce money regardless of their religion. And husband cannot give divorce suddenly like in Triple Talaq. Court will intervene and not let the women go empty handed. Support UCC!
