You're right! I'm living in Airoli, Navi Mumbai and it's very clean! In fact Navi Mumbai is 4th cleanest city in India! I'd prefer to everyone to live in Navi Mumbai rather than Mumbai or Thane. It's so beautiful!

Not sure if you have visited Navi Mumbai personally. Yes, Navi Mumbai is good but they have made the same mistake which Mumbai did. The main connecting road is same for the city and highway. Highway should be different from the city. We are always making same mistake in entire India. All highway should be away from City by 10 km.

Nothing can stop Navi Mumbai to be the next financial hub once the trans harbour link and airport are completed. The spill of companies that happens to Bangalore and other cities from Mumbai will drastically reduce.

Yes! Mumbai have to change if it want to remain numero uno in future as financial city of india otherwise GIFT city or dholera will takeover it's position as financial city of india. Meanwhile gujrat govt has expedited it's work on its dream project dholera! Thanks!

@@papamod9528 ho sakta hai 10 yrs me pura shape le le! It is much easier to build physical infrastructure but it takes consistent efforts of 3-4-5 generations to shape social infrastructure. It tooks 3-4 generations for stanford university in its current shape ( high standard of education, quality of research, professors,students, research paper, case studies,global reputation ) Thanks!

@@papamod9528 Are no one knows fate of dholera. Which is uncertain .I do not know whether we will see DMIC in our lifetime or will be scrapped. See you have to under stand this was pet project of anand sharma ( then industry & commerce minister. You see there was huge differences between anand sharma & jai ram ramesh ( then rural & environment minister ). You have Internet connection -----search every thing is available on net. One big reason for fall of congress party was jai ram ramsh policy against industry congress party was then easily stamped as anti industry, anti urban. I see you guys immediately jump to badmouth anyone talking in favour or against and later start make it religious issues. As if it do or die. Even urban planning which is future project & uncertain make it religious duty to scoff........defend. in that process you guys loss all your sanity FUTURE IS UNCERTAIN. Thanks!

Make but it looks Junk after one year. With no Maintenance. Now at Present the Traffic Police has no control over the traffic lane. Heavy Vehicles like Trucks and Bus and Trailers drive on 1 lane. That is the reason Mr. Mister lost his life driving on 3 lane without direction board. We will never Change.

One thing to see, India is poor enough to maintain the roads, buildings etc. like foreign countries. See, most of the buildings are in a dilapidated condition. Just make a house incurring lone and stay. There is no money for maintenance. At least no coloring has been made. On the other hand, you see, China and Singapore, Tokyo or Seoul, all are looking after city infra acutely. So Mumbai will remain at the back bench for ever.
