Would be amazing if you could demonstrate lessons with all the units. Anyways, thank you so much for being a brilliant author and teacher. We appreciate it a lot.

Nice lesson. One wonders why the book pages weren't projected onto the board instead of using a bit of paper.

I think she should write those rules on the WB.

Good job. May be the students should be given generous time limits to the various activities and not be rushed into doing them.

Does anybody know the topic of the lesson?
@danieltappenglish44242 жыл бұрын
The topic is PRONUNCIATION - Intrusions - where an extra sound is inserted where the end of one word & the beginning of the next word in a sentence are both vowels. E.g. “Go /w/ on” or “three /j/ apples”. It starts at around 8:30 in the video The teacher explains it really clearly, simply and effectively. Practice exercises are good.

I don't hear j in the other or w in quarter to eight.

the /j/ other and quarter to /w/ eight

"Go" and "do" already end with a /w/ sound in most English accents-including the accent of the teacher in this video. Why are they wasting students' time with such nonsense?
