1. When everything loses meaning, you are being summoned into the inner world 🌎 2. If youre taking 1 step forward and 3 steps back, it means you need to go back 🔙 3. Your pain is the prima materia 🤕 4. You will meet the other side of you 👤 5. You will go through a dark night 🌃 6. You will need to be your own hero 🦸 7. Know that this is a tough terrain, but it is the only path to inner peace ✌️

‘There’s no holy grail. There’s only holy trail.’ This is such an abundant wealth of knowledge and wisdom that’s truly golden. Your words are so powerful and soulful and truly truly impactful. This talk has resonated so much with me. Going through the breakup of the only relationship I have had for most of my life and through the last few years, I've felt so sick and "diseased". I have to remind myself that I am perfectly healthy physically but not mentally. Now doing the hard work to get over that threshold between despair and hope and as I get closer to the end of that very dark night, the future seems bright. Its the little steps that will make a huge difference.

Great talk, it's as if the speaker was dictating my own personal experience and as someone thats gratefully come out the otherside, I've become so fulfilled and happy in my life. I hope more people see this talk so they maybe better understand their experiences cause unfortunately I don't think most people get to the point of taking the appropriate steps to finding their authentic selves cause they just don't understand what is wrong or missing. I've found that my inner guide is God/love, I let light and love guide my path and it hasn't failed me. I've chosen to desire less and enjoy the simple things away from what society celebrates but bring me joy. Thank you for this talk 🙏🏿

Amazing presentation!!! I’m going through the storm right now, definitely lonely, but I can’t ignore the calling anymore. That voice saying “this isn’t it” is exactly what I’m going through. It’s been rough to navigate all the things you have mentioned, but I’m aware that it’s a road of becoming, and I choose authenticity over superficiality. The inner guide is real (from God or whatever your want to call it), but be aware that those that want to control you won’t be happy with you, and that they will even question your sound mind. This is truly not for the faint of heart. Saliha, thank you so much for describing the journey with such precision and eloquence 💕. I appreciate the wonderful speech.

@@jordanekl5383 why is that? What you said literally makes no sense. Not only is she not asking anyone to follow her, or buy anything, or do anything she isn't pushing any religious ideology. You sir are a wierdo.
@jordanekl5383
@jordanekl5383 Жыл бұрын
@@jennyfox1398 Its called a joke... Its not seriously stating they are doing anything at all. Just satire. You obviously didn't get it, but for some reason of self superiority you decide to talk down to someone else. How can anything being boiled down to 2 words like that ever be taken seriously? Good luck going about life with this kind of output. You asked how, so here's some parallels. Like how the video tries to illogically force the ideals to only a certain type or group of peoples. Having to feel accepted, and apart of a larger community. Following a new kind of personal life structure. Claiming to be able to supply some assistance to a very complex mental state. Exclusion of others, without directly stating it. Its a rather vague question you asked, so i hope that i covered enough for you. Same can be said about Pyramid schemes. What you've done is cherrypicked parts and not apply the full information. I never suggested it had to do with "asking anyone to follow her, or buy anything, or pushing any religious ideology" That is your own thoughts and feelings on what was said. What makes sense, is using your brain for yourself. Its not hard to see the connections, and to understand hyperboles and satire. Also it helps to have any knowledge about the topics included. Cus there's allot of examples that i left out. Have a nice day, and best of luck with that shrewd kind of mentality!

Check out what Quran says about how to navigate the age of 40 - Gratitude! Surat Al-'Aĥqāf (The Wind-Curved Sandhills) - سورة الأحقاف And We have enjoined upon man, to his parents, good treatment. His mother carried him with hardship and gave birth to him with hardship, and his gestation and weaning [period] is thirty months. [He grows] until, when he reaches maturity and reaches [the age of] forty years, he says, "My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to work righteousness of which You will approve and make righteous for me my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed, I am of the Muslims."

Not everyone is called to everyone. That’s what niches are all about. If she tried to explain midlife experiences to a teenager or someone in their 80s it simply wouldn’t resonate. Her niche is “humans” that fall in a certain age range. What about you? What age range or type of people do you connect with the most and feel that you can support them in their life’s journey?

Make sure you’re focusing on yourself and the interest, gifts and talents that you naturally have. Turn off social media if it’s tripping you up, getting you into comparison. Comparison is the thief of joy. Those people are rich because they focused on their craft. So, you know the solution now: focus on your craft. Get amazing at it and eventually you will be the one people are envious of and giving advice to on how to become successful. Get someone to help you, to keep you accountable. Hire a coach or ask someone you trust to help you organize your steps. You’ve got this… IF you put it into action.

We don’t neglect people, what we’re doing is honoring our true selves. Just think if no one around us grew and set a higher standard, we’d all stay the same. Maybe look around and notice if people around you are holding you back from becoming who you are meant to be. Do you want to be like them? Maybe your own journey will inspire others to start their own growth journey.

@@liveagaincoachingministry1319I do not think that was what she was saying. She said something along the lines of becoming like adolescents to buck the responsibility. Hardly a winning move and one of regret later in a new crisis. Don't hurt others by being selfish. Express and communicate to find a balance where every action is taken to not throw others under a bus. She literally said there is no gold other than you are the gold. You already have you so you don't have to run someone over trying to get to a new path to nothing. Said the wife of a husband in a midlife crisis hurting all his family.
