This is so validating. I found I cant write a coherent sentence and having word finding issues. I keep changing jobs to find that sweet spot. I’m experienced and an efficient clinician but it’s not humanly possible to address medical concerns in 20 minutes, in addition to going hungry, thirsty and dealing with with the physical and emotional pain from the job
